In tonight’s Military Matters, Veterans from all of our nation’s wars were honored this morning. All across america and right here at home in the Pikes Peak national cemetery. This year, UC Health Next Chapter program, American Legion auxiliary post 2008 and active duty soldiers from Gort Carson partner to provide snacks and hot drinks for over 1500 volunteers and ceremony. Participants in the wreath-laying event, every marvel white headstones received a donated wreaths. Organizers say this ceremony reminds family members whose loved one’s sacrifice at all that people still care. Remember the fallen honor them and their families and in teach America’s that service and sacrifice to this nation is is important.
