About Next Chapter

At nextchapterco.org, Veteran leaders, healthcare professionals, and community support agencies join in a collaborative team to deliver the best support for many of life’s challenges, helping Veterans and their families write their next chapter.

Transitioning after military service can be difficult for veterans or their family members. The challenges have remained the same, whether transitioning from military life last week, ten years, or even 60 years ago.

If you are a Veteran or a family member and need assistance, contact us at nextchapterco.org. We will assist you with finding services to help navigate the challenges of your military service transition and beyond. Let us help you write your next chapter.
