Carmel Veterans Service Center in and Next Chapter, a partnership program that aims to help prevent veteran suicide will place wreaths on the graves of veterans at Pikes Peak national cemetery in Colorado Springs in Roselawn cemetery in Pueblo ceremony in Pueblo will start at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning and in Colorado Springs, at 9 o’clock.
