You know, I have learned a tremendous amount of stuff from therapy medication since a 2017. When I, you know, thought about ending my life. Similarly encouraging veterans to speak out about their mental health to continue breaking the stigma. How important is it to get veterans talking about their mental health? It’s absolutely critical. And I think one of the beauties of Next Chapter is that we are all veterans ourselves funded by house bill. 21 1, 29 aimed at combating veteran suicide. Next Chapter opened at UC Health last summer. So Next Chapter came about because El Paso county was having year-over-year increases in suicide nets, veterans community. And the time period from 20 to 21, the rate of suicide in veterans jumped by almost 10% from around 21% the previous year around 31% the next year. Since then, a 5% decrease.
