Micah Smith Johnson received the mental health help he needed to process that tremendous loss and he turned to Mt. Carmel, veteran services in Colorado Springs to begin returning the favor as i was going to school. I intern here at Mt. Carmel and as they say, the rest is history. Johnson helps lead next chapter, a program that provides behavioral health services to veterans, but Mt. Carmel also provides family services and employment help to veterans throughout colorado by joined the military as a paralegal in the corps back november of 2015. Spent 5 years as a paralegal and then I commission as general, which is a human resources officer in may of 2022.
